A-1 Carrier System:
- Apartment blocks will be constructed as an earthquake-resistant permanent (pad fountain
method) foundations, reinforced concrete structure. (Ground Floor + 1 Floor).
- Balcony, terrace and roof parapets shall be made of reinforced concrete.
A-2 Walls:
- All external walls for thermal insulation 25cm Bims-Block / Ytong Thermal Blocks
- Dividing walls (internal walls) will be constructed as dry lining double plasterboard walls
including thermal and sound insulation in between each layer of plaster boarding.

- Exterior rendering, duly 1+2+3 round render + sanded exterior paint
- Interior plasters, 1+2 round plaster and gypsum plaster application will be made duly.
