A-1 Carrier System:

- Apartment blocks will be constructed as an earthquake-resistant permanent (pad fountain

method) foundations, reinforced concrete structure. (Ground Floor + 1 Floor).

- Balcony, terrace and roof parapets shall be made of reinforced concrete.

A-2 Walls:

- All external walls for thermal insulation 25cm Bims-Block / Ytong Thermal Blocks

- Dividing walls (internal walls) will be constructed as dry lining double plasterboard walls

including thermal and sound insulation in between each layer of plaster boarding.

A-3 Plaster + Paints:

- Exterior rendering, duly 1+2+3 round render + sanded exterior paint

- Interior plasters, 1+2 round plaster and gypsum plaster application will be made duly.

- Ceilings, gypsum plaster + satin plaster application will be made duly.

- Interior Paints, Walls + Ceilings will be painted with 3 round water-based paint.

A-4 Insulation:

- Weber damp/water proofing will be applied to all foundations

- Glue-type waterproofing will be applied to all balconies

- Thermal insulation on terraces and roof thermal insulation foam (XLPE) will be used for

waterproofing.

will be applied on the walls and ceilings and painted with water-based paint.

- Walls and ceilings will be painted with water-based paint over gypsum plaster. Natural

marble / terrazzo material will be installed on general stairs. Stair railings will be

manufactured as aluminium railings.

- Interior Doors; Lacquered painted doors will be installed on MDF panel.

- Joinery; Exterior comfort glass (double glass) aluminium joinery will be made. (Asaş and / or equivalent)
